How could you not love the glamour surrounding it… be it a wedding, someone going to a work event…or a sixteen year old on the most exciting night of her life; it’s an amazing experience for them and for you also .
We want to show you how to do the this and also make it uncomplicated, because it is!

Overview
An essential skill for any hair dresser – often not taught in college this is a skill that can make you stand out from the rest in your salon
You will be in great demand from brides, bridesmaids and mother of the bride. This can be a very good income stream. Why not add make up to your bridal package too?
What you will learn
This is a 3 hour tutor led course covering the following:
- Health, safety & hygiene
- Consultation techniques
- Assessing clients hair for suitable styles
- Choice and application of jewellery to dress the hair
- care of equipment
- Creative plaiting
- Glamorous Rolls
- Exciting Chignons
- Buns
- Ponytails
Following the workshop you will have the knowledge to practice your new skills and continue to build on them.
You will need to bring a long hair practice head or purchase one from us at a cost of £24.99.
We do have some you can borrow for the course if need be.

On the day
We like to look after all our students whilst they’re training with us, that’s why we offer free parking, always have a stocked biscuit tin, sweets, posh coffee, tea and chilled water available all day, at every course. There’s also a lovely deli near to the academy for lunches, or if your prefer you can bring your own food.
Support
There is nothing worse than leaving a course and feeling left on your own. We like to ensure our students have all the support and back up they need which includes full telephone and e mail support. You may even re-sit another course of the same if necessary within 6 months free of charge.
