For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, we confirm that the data controller of the sites at www.dragonflyacademy.co.uk (“the Site”) is Dragonfly Beauty Concepts Limited, a limited company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 751683) with its registered office address at The Studio, Tower Park, Ennerdale Road, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY1 3TD (“we” or “us”).

This privacy policy (together with our Terms of Use and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal information we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information we may collect about you

We may collect and process the following information about you:

• Personal information you provide us, when you register on the Site, subscribe to our services, place an order, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions, enter a competition, promotion or survey, post a Contribution, contact us, or if you report a problem with the Site. • Details of transactions you carry out through our site and data necessary for the fulfilment of your orders including your name, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card number, security code and expiry date; and

This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

Facebook Messenger

If you contact us using Facebook Messenger, we receive your account information (first name, last name, gender, locale, profile picture, time zone) from Facebook. We use this information to respond to your message, and we may use it to re-contact you via Facebook Messenger within the time period permitted by Facebook. We do not keep this information longer than necessary to do this (generally one week). We do not combine it with data collected on the Site.

How we may use your information

We use information held about you in the following ways:

We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in SW1). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.
