One day, normally 10.00am - 4.00pm. Please see booking form for exact time.
Course level
Intermediate – proficient and qualified in hard gel or acrylic essential. Students must attend wearing a full set of either Hard Gel or Acrylic .
Cost - £125 inc VAT
Non-refundable deposit of 50% payable on booking. Payment in full if booked 7 days or less before the course date. Balance payment will be taken from your credit/debit card on the last working day (working days are Mon-Fri) before your course date. Please see T&C's.
Overview
Learn all the techniques of how to use an electric nail file safely when doing acrylic and gel extensions, in line with our industry regulators guidelines. Reducing the length of the nail, refining the surfaces, thinning out the free edge of the overlay, buffing, reducing overlay bulk, it even helps with removal of nail extensions and lots more! This one day course will save you time, money and energy!
More and more technicians are realising the advantages both to them and their clients in utilising an electric nail file, as it reduces application time to full sets and infills with both acrylic and gel.
The course is taught within the HABIA e-file safety guidelines.

On the day
We like to look after all our students whilst they’re training with us, that’s why we offer free parking, due to Covid restrictions we cant offer you our usual lovely sweet treats and posh coffee but we will make sure you are well hydrated with unlimited cool bottled water, available all day. There’s a lovely deli near to the academy for lunches, or if your prefer you can bring your own food.
Support
There is nothing worse than leaving a course and feeling left on your own. We like to ensure our students have all the support and back up they need which includes full telephone and e mail support. You may also drop in at one of our workshop afternoon/evenings or even re-sit another course of the same if necessary within 6 months free of charge.

Once you have completed your course you will receive a fully IPHM accredited certificate allowing you to get your public liability insurance.
Previous Knowledge
You will need to be fully qualified and experienced in hard gel or acrylic extensions to attend this course.
